Dracula’s Dentures – Chocolate Chip Cookies to DIE for

Here is a Quick and Easy way to dress up your Chocolate Chip Cookies for Halloween or a Vampire Party. Everyone at the party will definitely want to sink their teeth into them !!

I decided to let my son have a bunch of his friends sleepover last night so we could all watch scary movies. I thought that would be fun since it is Halloween Weekend. Being I planned this last minute so I had to come up with some Quick and Easy treat ideas. The idea for the Dracula’s Dentures was not mine and I must give credit where credit is due. I saw these on The Girl who Everything Website (one of my favs) I knew the minute I saw them they would be added on my to do list.

Here is all you need to make some of these Dracula Dentures:

  • Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Vanilla or White Frosting
  • Red Food Coloring
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Almond Sliver

Now watch how EASY these are to assemble…

First you need to color your Frosting Red. Then just cut your Chocolate Chip Cookie in Half. Then Frost each Half with your Frosting. Then on one of the halves stick on your Mini Marshmallows – Approx 6 around the front of the Cookie as shown. Add an extra one in the back of that for stability. Then Place your other half on top. Then take 2 Almond Slivers and stick them on and if needed you can dip the end into frosting to secure them. That is it – Now how cool is that?

The kids all loved them especially my daughter who thought it would be fun to try on a pair – lol

So thanks once again to The Girl who ate Everything for this Fang-tastic Idea !

So what else did I create? First let me say that out of now where we got a crazy Snow Storm which some of you may have gotten as well. Yup a Blizzard in October – so insane, over 8 inches fell. We ended up losing Power yesterday and I still have none as I am writing this – Luckily I am hooked up to a generator with a roaring fire going behind me to keep warm.

I am sooo thankful that I did the majority of my baking Friday night and left the decorating for Saturday. I had other treats on my list, but I ran out of day light to complete them and no oven to cook some – oh well. We were still able to watch movies thanks to the generator and we had some Pizzas delivered. It made for an extra scary night with candles lit in the rooms that were not on the generator and it will definitely be remembered by all.

Here are some of my other treats – I had Ghost Cupcakes – The Cupcakes were the Vanilla FUN Da-Middles with white creme inside (Ghost Guts – lol). Then I had some Frankenstein Brownies that were just frosted green with some Chocolate Sprinkles, Mini M&M Eyes, Candy Corn Bolts and icing Stitched Smiles. And I finally broke out my Brain Mold I had bought years ago and created a Cherry Jell-O Brain with worms growing out of it. The girls had a great time eating the Jell-O brain topped with Cool Whip while making it Jiggle.

So even though we were semi Power less I think I pulled off a great time for the kids. I am sad I was unable to make all the treats on my list, but I will have to create them for us when we get our power back – whenever that may be.
