If you are planning a Penguin Party Theme or even just looking for a Fun Cupcake to make with the kids, check out these Icy Igloo Penguin Cupcakes.  Not only are they adorable, but they are very easy to make and I am going to show you how right here.

These Icy Igloo Penguin Cupcakes were created using Roundabouts Icy Igloo Cupcake Sleeves. If you are not familiar with Roundabouts Cupcake Sleeves I will tell you a little about them. They are Self Adhesive Cupcake Wraps that wrap around your Cupcake. They are so simple to use and bring that something extra special to your Cupcake. There are tons of designs available to choose from. Just Wrap It, Top It and Go….

Here is what you need to create these Icy Igloo Penguin Cupcakes:

So here are my Ingredients ready to go less the Toothpicks. My Stirring Straws (Fishing Poles) I had were actually white to start, but I took a black marker and colored them Black so they would stand out better on the Cupcakes.  The Fishing Poles are optional of course, but it looks so cute with the Penguin fishing and catching a fish. I did them both ways to show you.

Start with frosting your Cupcakes, then Dip your cupcake and coat the top with the Coconut. Then take your Sugar Crystals and Sprinkle some on top for Sparkle.  Now take your Roundabouts Icy Igloo Cupcake Sleeve and wrap it around the Cupcake. So far so easy right?

Next take your Stirring Straw and bend the tip a bit like I did in the photo. Take a toothpick and stick it in the bend. Then attach a Candy Gummy Fish to the end and you have your Fishing Pole. Then simply stick it into your Cupcake and place one of the Candy Gummy Penguins next to it and you are done !!! How cute is that? I told you it was easy.

And here are a couple close up pics. I think they came out so cute and even though I am so over the winter this year these made me smile.

They would definitely make the perfect addition to a Penguin Birthday Party or a Winter Party for sure.

A couple years back my daughter had a Penguin Birthday Party Theme in the middle of the summer for some great Penguin Party Ideas check out the post HERE.
